The best qualifier for the Sunday’s Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix coming from the outside of Ferrari and Mercedes is Max Verstappen. The Dutch has beaten his Red Bull team-mate Daniel Ricciardo and will start 5th.
Asked by ŚwiatWyścigów.pl’s Roksana Ćwik about tomorrow’s race, he said: “It is hard to predict anything after the qualifying. The start will be the most important thing and will dictate the outcome of the race, but what will happen afterwards we will have to wait and see. To start on the clean side of the racetrack might be a small advantage, but on this track they are pretty even”.
Asked about his opinion about forecasted heat, he added: “The heat will definitely be hard for the rear tyres, but at least it will allow me to lose some more weight”.
